Since the beginning of 2016, 64% of the sales in Emerald Isle have been cash transactions. There isn't much data to analyze but sales are off slightly YTD. 

Units are taking about the same amount of time to sell and there are only a few on the market. 3 months of inventory signifies a strong seller's market. 

Like most other condo projects in Panama City Beach, prices have trended up since the beginning of 2016.

There are fewer sales in Emerald Isle when compared with these other popular projects but the EI market is strong and very much in a seller's market.
