Since the beginning of 2016, 52% of the sales in Splash have been cash sales. 2BR units have been the most popular. Sales are up in what was a hot Q3 but still down a little YTD overall.
Units are selling a little slower than this time last year but with only 6 units on the market and a low, low 3 months of inventory, all signs point to a strong seller's market.
Sales prices have moved up significantly since the start of 2016 and we saw this trend continue in Q3 of this year.
Splash, like most of these other popular condo projects in Panama City Beach, continues to be in a strong seller's market. The longer we stay in a seller's market, the more pressure will be put on prices to go up.
