After performing music professionally for over 10 years, Craig Duran has been working full-time with Pelican Real Estate since 2003. He has been the #1 agent for Pelican Real Estate in his office since 2009 and the #1 for the entire company in 2012 and again in 2014. Pelican Real Estate is the largest, locally-owned real estate company in the panhandle of Florida and, like Craig specializes in the coastal market focused mainly on the east end of Scenic Highway 30-A and the west end of Panama City Beach.
|Lauren Hahn serves as the "Transaction Coordinator" for The Duran Group at Pelican Real Estate. She is there to walk alongside our clients from the day they decide to list and/or purchase a property to the day they close.|
Lauren handles most aspects of the listing and closing process so that nothing slips through the cracks. She is responsible for working with agents, lenders, appraisers, photographers, home inspectors, etc. to make sure everyone is on the same page. Lauren is The Duran Group's go to person for anything involving the Marketing and/or Purchase Agreements.
Chrystal is a highly valuable member of The Duran Group and the key to creating a stellar online and offline presence for our customers. She creates content to use on various social media platforms, keeps sellers updated on the marketing of their property, and conducts research on the happenings of real estate in the area.
Chrystal builds and maintains web pages in order to keep the information up to date. She is continually developing The Duran Group's marketing strategy and gaining knowledge on how to better market your property.
Our in-office team is comprised of three key roles, however, we would not be able to do what we specialize in without the rest of our "team" who excel in their areas of expertise. We often work with a local lender at Community Bank, as well as a local title agent. Pelican Real Estate is the largest, locally-owned real estate company in the panhandle of Florida; everyone on our team is working hard to ensure our customers have the best experience.
